Mental health help

Mental Health was once a taboo subject, even the Royal family have spoken out about their struggles with it.

This subject is one that is very close to my heart as I’ve previously suffered from PND. Because Mental health comes in many different forms and can present suddenly.

These blogs cover my own experience, as well as practical things that you can do to maintain good mental fitness.

I do not claim to have all the answers but know that there is always light at the end of even the darkest tunnel.

There can be lots of triggers for poor mental health including bereavement, job loss and financial difficulties. Or there can be seemingly no trigger. Small daily habits such as journaling, walking in nature and eating well all contribute to keeping you on an even keel.

I like to think of this as the foundation. If you are doing these things on a daily basis you can be agile and adapt to life’s changes.

It’s the most flexible tree that survives the storm, not the strongest.

Homeopathy is of course a brilliant source of healing for mental health issues, but the Bach flower remedies are specifically for emotional issues.

Please see my blog about them.
