What to expect from Homeopathic treatment:
When you begin homeopathic treatment, you will receive an initial consultation, followed by normal maintenance consultations of 1 hour. Remedies will be given within a few days of treatment. This allows me to analyse your case and select the most suitable remedy for you at the time. I am bound by a strict code of confidentiality and will store any written, email, text etc. in a secure fashion.
Payment:
3 x monthly sessions (3 month package) is £495
I understand that all packages are non-refundable and that payment must be paid upfront to secure the regular sessions.
I reserve the right to increase fees for consultations and products at any time.
What is included in the consultation fee?
All monthly remedies and any acute/interim remedies needed within the treatment month. This means that I have a duty of care to each of my patients during the whole month when I’m treating them.
I understand that Neela Prabhu is a trained homeopath and not a medical doctor. I confirm that I request homeopathic treatment, but will retain the services of a GP for myself.
I understand that appointment reminders are sent as a courtesy and it is my responsibility to make a note of the appointment date and time. I understand that I will need to give 2 working days’ notice to reschedule an appointment. I agree that the full fee is payable for late cancellations, with no refund applicable in these cases.
I agree to be added to Neela’s email database and receive newsletters/blogs, practice updates, offers and general news. I understand that I can unsubscribe from her email list at any time. I understand that selected case notes and testimonials will be used anonymously on social media and Neela’s website. Please specify if you do NOT want this to be done.
