Skin Conditions

Our skin is our biggest organ. It just happens to be on the outside of us! Our skins main function is to act as a barrier to the external world. It protects us from heat, cold, moisture and helps to regulate our body temperature. The sense of touch is one of our main 5 senses and can bring comfort to all ages.

However, this barrier can become compromised when damage occurs through physical cuts or abrasions, cracks from dry skin or even blisters from minor burns. Skin conditions such as eczema, hives, psoriasis, and minor infections can all affect the skin protective function.

The emotional component of skin conditions is often overlooked by conventional medicine. If you have an unsightly blemish on your face, or psoriasis on your arm, then your confidence will be affected. People may stare at you or ask intrusive questions. Even if the area of skin affected can be easily covered up, you know it is there. Daily activities such as washing your face or having a shower may be painful or complicated. This can really takes it toll on your confidence. Everyone should have the feeling of being truly comfortable in their own skin.

Homeopathy can not only address the physical symptoms of skin conditions such as itching or burning, but helps to deal with the emotional side of things too.

roach by investigating the ROOT CAUSE. Why is your skin reacting this way? What’s triggering the flare-ups? What needs healing from within?

True healing comes from addressing the underlying imbalance rather than simply masking the symptoms with topical treatments.

Our library is here to help you understand what your body is communicating through your skin and provide natural approaches to support genuine healing from the inside out.

Health Conditions Library

My Health Conditions Library covers a lot of ground, and that’s because my view of health goes a bit beyond the standard definition.

For me, homeopathic health isn’t simply about the absence of illness. It’s about your Vital Force, that inner energy that keeps you functioning, being strong and steady. It’s about having solid foundations that you actually look after.

I don’t think of good health as being free of illness.

I think of it as being able to cope when you do, and recover without it flooring you. I know this from my own experience; I’ve been a homeopathic patient for years, and the small things that used to drag me down just don’t have the same grip anymore. And when something does come up, I’ve got something to turn to.
