Delivery costs:

Parcels are sent out Royal Mail 1st class currently £4.45 (small parcel size up to 2kg). This does not guarantee next day delivery. Royal mail do not call before delivery. All delivery prices are for the UK only.

Delivery outside of the UK will incur extra cost. Please email for exact pricing per order, prior to purchasing.

Orders placed after 1pm will be processed on the following working day.

UK bank holidays are not working days and so orders will be processed on the next working day.

Current Delivery time frame: 4-5 working days.

If a product doesn’t arrive on time or at all, I reserve the right to NOT send out a replacement. I will offer a refund on product but not postage. I cannot guarantee that Royal Mail will deliver. Collection from my secure front porch is an alternative option to delivery. Please see contact details for address. Please email to arrange a mutally suitable time and date for collection from my secure front porch.

We may correct any error appearing in the Web Site or withdraw any product from sale without incurring liability. Price and availability is also subject to change without notice. All products purchased are NOT to be resold.

Returns policy:

Our returns policy fully complies with UK Distance Selling Regulations. If you buy from us online or by phone, your consumer rights entitle you to a full refund or replacement goods, if you request one in writing within 7 working days of receipt of the goods.

You have the right to a refund up to 14 days after you receive the order. This includes digital/online products or parts thereof. For example, part 1 of the 1st Aid course etc. Physical goods returned to us must be unopened and undamaged with all packaging, components, leaflets and instructions. Kit should have the seal intact.

Return postage is to be paid by customer. Refunds will be offered if the product is faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose.
