Brief history:
8yr old girl with eczema in both inner elbows which she had suffered for 6yrs
Relevant timeline incidents:
0yrs Jaundice after forceps delivery. Mother had suffered a miscarriage prior to conceiving this girl. Born in UK.

5yrs Moved back to UK.
Main remedy given: Phosphorus
After 1st prescription:
Skin is more pink rather than red and angry as it was previously. She is no longer scratching her arms unconsciously at night time. The eczema is bothering her less. She is finding it hard to consistently apply the recommended cream as she is at school and has many after school activities. Itch mix is working to stop the itching.
After 2nd prescription:
Redness has returned and the area has started to get larger too. She is scratching again at night time. Neela to review and change the remedy.
After 3rd prescription:
Scratching has decreased at night time and the skin is less red. The colour of the skin is variable
After 4th prescription:
Skin has changed for the better – ‘This is amazing!’ reports her father. Massive improvement, as the area is no longer red or inflamed. Not scratching at night time.
After 5th prescription:
Skin is the same as before but less red again. She will try and use cream more frequently.
After 6th prescription:
Skin is less red, less of a demarked area, and less itching! Skin feels ‘thinner’ like normal skin rather than the ‘thickness’ of eczema plaques. Skin remained fine whilst on a family holiday in Portugal.
Summary:
This little girl had suffered from eczema for 6yrs. It took about 6months to clear this eczema but has now stayed gone for over 6 weeks without remedies.
