This was taken after the best shower in the world. Yes, the one AFTER you’ve given birth!
But what you can’t see in this photo is the struggle of trying to get pregnant in the first place and the next few weeks of PND which was worse the 2nd time around. It took us years to conceive my eldest (pictured above) and another 5yrs for my youngest.
The PND journey after her almost cost me my life. After long hard painful journey I rebuild myself with some incredible support along the way. I’m very open about my mental health issues and fertility journey as I want to remove the stigma that still remains around these subjects.

This is my youngest making her own homeopathic rem

This is my youngest making her own homeopathic remedies!
How are remedies made? There are 2 main ways...

1.Dilution and Succusion.
This is the traditional method. Take an Arnica flower, mush it up with water and alcohol to make a mother tincture. This is then diluted in a serial way. 1 drop into 99 drops of water . Do this 6 times and you get a 6c potency. Between each dilution the solution is ‘banged’ on the table or succussed. This is key to introducing the vibration of the remedy into the water.
2.Machine made.
This is how my remedies are made. The remedy machine has a frequency modulating chip inside. It introduces the right vibration of the choosen remedy into my sugar balls at the right potency e.g. Arnica 30c.
Its so easy even my 11yr old can do it!
